A clear vision and minimalist space embraced by UK investment team
We were engaged by the landlord of Brownlow Yard on this project who was having issues with letting the final floor of their building. This could possibly be down to the fact that there is less natural light on the floor compared to the other floors and potential tenants couldn't see past this due to the space not being light and modern.

Along with the fit-out company, we were tasked with creating a modern, inviting, light and airy space that had a neutral look and feel that could be adapted for any potential tenants looking at the floor.
PRD-A
We worked with the client closely through from budgeting to showroom visits, design and the selection of final finishes for a result that really fitted the brief, producing a scheme that the client and the team were all very pleased with. The space became extremely lettable and the client leased the floor shortly after the fit-out to an Investment firm.
