Our clients work with us and trust us to take a proactive and innovative approach to customer service. We assign a dedicated account manager to work with you. These services range from producing a full O&M manual on completion of your project to negotiating the best warranty terms with suppliers, keeping your furniture looking as good as new for as long as possible.

How we work
Our maintenance service offer allows us to act as your interface with the furniture manufacturers if any problems arise during the warranty period. We also offer bespoke furniture maintenance, IT cleaning, and spring-cleaning programs. We can also provide off-site storage and any furniture related service required, which can be arranged with your dedicated account manager.
